The
bright red beach is formed by sand eroded from the cinder cliffs to the
west. It takes about 45 minutes to walk the trail that
passes Palo Santo and Cactus trees, a flamingo lagoon and a cove.

| At 4.9 sq. km, its suppose to house the
widest variety of rocks formed through volcanization. It is
characterized by red volcanic beaches, cliffs and volcanic cinder cones
rich in unique pyroclastics. This island is reported to be over 1
million years old. |
